This Privacy Policy explains how vFairs LLC ("vFairs", "We" or "Our") collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you use the vFairs Platform (the "Sites"). It also explains the choices you have about our use of your information.

We may obtain information about you from various sources including the Sites, when you contact us, when you participate in an Event (an online gathering with registration and activities), from business partners, or from publicly available sources.

- Preference Information: preferred time zone, UI preferences, etc.

How we use the information we collect

Data associated with a Customer Site is retained according to the customer's agreement. When the contract ends, we delete data from our database and backups and can provide a data destruction certificate upon request.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights such as access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing, objection, and data portability. To exercise these rights, please contact us using the contact information below. We aim to respond within one month where applicable.
International transfer of your personal information
The Sites are hosted in the United States and Personal Information may be stored and processed in the U.S. By using the Sites, you consent to transfer of data to the United States which may have different privacy protections than your home jurisdiction.
Children's privacy
Children under 13 (or a different age required by local law) may only use the Sites as part of an approved customer agreement that permits such use. Otherwise, children are prohibited from using the Sites. If you believe we have collected a child's personal data in violation of law, contact us immediately.
